Both, and you can take either on its own. The Trading & Supply Division quotes and delivers material. The Fabrication & Installation Division carries out curtain walling, glazed partitions, balustrades, glass processing, and door and window installation. You can use us for material supply on one project and installed works on the next.

Because the gap between a material supplier and a separate installer is where programme and responsibility tend to get lost. If a unit arrives at the wrong size, a split arrangement produces an argument; here it is one company's problem to fix. It also means the specification agreed when you place the order is the one our own installers work to.

Installation works are carried out across the United Arab Emirates from our Dubai base. For material supply we also quote export enquiries — the wider GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain), North Africa (Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco) and selected European markets. Tell us the destination with your enquiry and we will confirm what we can despatch, on what terms and in what timeframe.

Use the Request a Quote form on this website and attach drawings, a BOQ extract or a specification. You can also email info@alutrading.ae, call +971 54 566 8484, or send the details on WhatsApp.

The more specific the enquiry, the more useful the quotation. Most helpful are: the product or system, quantities and units, the project type and location, the date you need it, and any drawings, schedules or specification extracts. If a consultant has issued a performance specification, send that too.

Yes. We carry out site survey and measurement, prepare shop and production drawings, and submit them for approval before anything goes into production. We work to the consultant's specification rather than substituting our own.

Main contractors, subcontractors, fabricators, fit-out companies, developers, consultants and project owners. We also supply distributors, importers, trading companies and sourcing agents buying material for their own markets.

It depends on the item. Stock sheet and standard sections move quickly; a fabricated façade package depends on survey, drawing approval and production. We quote the actual lead time for what you are ordering with the quotation, rather than publishing a headline figure that would not hold.

Yes. The range runs from a single sheet or a few sections through to a complete façade package. Small orders are quoted the same way.

Fire performance is set by the project's approved fire strategy and the requirements of the relevant UAE authority — not by us. We supply against the approved specification and provide the manufacturer's documentation for what we deliver. We do not substitute products on fire-rated applications without written approval.

Yes. Maintenance and after-sales sit with the same team that delivered the works, so you are not starting again with someone unfamiliar with the job. Raise anything through your project contact or our main contact details.
